Horse/tractor-drawn Wagon Tour

A horse or tractor-drawn wagon will act as a shuttle from place to place within Henderson but it will also take you to many garden locations throughout town that can be viewed from the street. There may be a tour guide to explain the origin of the garden, its content and other interesting highlights about the gardener who takes responsibility for its beauty and unique qualities. As the tour list is created, details of the gardens will be listed here.

Walking Tour

Gardens within walking distance of the Hummingbird Hurrah Mall (including the Henderson Hummingbird Community Garden) will be described in a brochure. Directions to and addresses for will be detailed. Those gardens allowing direct access will be noted. Close-up examination of those allowing access will yield opportunities to witness feeders, flowers and habitat that attract these birds. Bring your camera as it's likely there will be photo opportunities aplenty. As the gardens available for inclusion in the Walking Tour are chosen, they will be listed here.
